HOW YOU CAN HELP:
1. Seeking investors to become co-owners of Neu Mune Farmstead Retreat in a co-op profit-sharing model. When profits are realized, owners receive quarterly dividends - INDEFINITELY. For every $25,000 invested, co-owners receive 1.5% of profit sharing. The profit-sharing percentage adjusts proportionally based on the investment amount. For instance, invest $100,000 to receive 6% profit sharing. Co-owners may invest any amount, with the profit-sharing percentage changing accordingly. The minimum investment amount is $25,000. We welcome investors from any part of the world.
2. Seeking investors for a 6-8% loan with a minimum investment of $5,000 ( payback terms negotiable)
